Figure out the correct default path for the three operating system variants people are likely to use this with (Windows / OS X / un*xes)
Correct the docstring for the bitwarden data file, which had been copypasted from a previous defcustom form.

Thanks! I can't test this currently but it looks good to me... hopefully it doesn't break!

I tested on Linux and OSX, should ... do not have a windows box sadly.
