intermittent "400: Bad Request" and "413: Request Entity Too Large" uploading to Picasa #477

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. google picasa post 'test album' *.JPG

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect it to work instead of seeing this:

When I use the web interface to upload, I *never* get failures.

Version 0.9.13.  64-bit Linux (Fedora 16).
