Updated reference to Windows Subsystem for Linux #20

etlalchemy seems to be working fine under the Win10 'bash' found in the Windows Subsystem for Linux.

Just as an FYI, I only tested this from Postgres to Postgres. Perhaps others can weigh in if they have success using etlalchemy through WSL with other databases.
