Support Bluetooth tether on Galaxy S2 #1055

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
Samsung Galaxy S2(i9100)

Which firmware is installed?
Cognition S2 v1.15

What version of wireless tether are you using?
2.08-pre 1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Open Wireless Tether
2.  Enable Bluetooth Tether
3.  Start Tether

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Bluetooth tether started.
Got:  "Your phone is in an unknown state, try rebooting"

Please provide any additional information below.
Same error using other S2 rooted roms.

Android version 2.3.4
Kernel 2.6.35.7-I9100XWKF3-CL276555
