I tested a lot of combos and finally got the revolution to work in
infrastructure mode and connect to all websites. I used 3.1 beta6. I changed
the device profile to LG Optimus S and enabled MSS clamping. restarted. It now
recognizes infrastructure mode and accesses all web sites.

So I'm having a similar issue (about a year later). So far, there is only one
site I can not access--thehuffingtonpost.com. This really confuses me, and I
can not fix it.

Try to enabel "MSS clamping" from app-settings (if this option is visible).
