Which firmware is installed?

What version of wireless tether are you using?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Turning on tether
2.Trying to access any websight for my laptop/other devices connected to wifi
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Same happens to me.  Motorola Droid X (4.5.602 & rooted), trying to tether 
through current version of android-wifi-tether.  :- (
