Doesn't woek in background #1111

Everything work great, but only when app is in the front. When I need for 
example send message or use any other app, tethering will stop, but tethering 
application still thing that is enabled. And now when I try to turn it off it 
doesn't end. I tried kill app and run it again, now is possible turn tethering 
on, but it again doesn't end. Only way how to use tethering again is restart 
phone completely.

I doesn't use any special task manager or app killer, only standard Android app 
killer.  

I'm testing version 3.1beta6 on Cyanogen 7.1 on HTC HD2
