Which device (manufacturer, type)?
Droid Charge

Which firmware is installed?
2.3.4

What version of wireless tether are you using?
3.1 beta 6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Wifi tether

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The wifi is going through a loop (scanning, connecting, disconnecting).  
Instead of just connecting!!!

Please provide any additional information below.
