Samsung Prevail on Boostmobile

Beta 6 seems to work fine. Would be nice to have a profile for this phone(using 
Indulge profile), very popular phone running stock Froyo 2.2.2 ee14. Boost is 
not sniffing out tethering or Hot Spot use.

Couple of oddities;
1. If USB plugged in, program launches fine and connects to PC but no 
connection to internet. Can plug in USB after connections completed with no 
issues.
2. Must always turn WiFi on manualy or program may not connect or even crash.
