2.2(Froyo)
Kernel: 2.6.32.9-g103d848 android-build@apa26 #1
Build Number: Bugless Beas V0.1

What version of wireless tether are you using?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Activate Wireless Tether
2. Connect to AndroidTether
3. Attempt to Browse Internet

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Browser should load, but it doesn't.

Please provide any additional information below.

When activating the wireless tether, there are usually no errors. Occasionally
Enabling access control will fail. My computer will connect to my phone fine,

I have this same problem on Windows 7. WTF!? This is driving me crazy. I can't
find any help anywhere!!!!! I can only connect to mt HTC Evo for internet,
which is nice but much slower than my home connection. I'm somewhat tech savvy
so when problems like this present themselves it gets frustrating. Can anyone
help a brother out!?

I am having this exact same issue on my Evo. I have tried the phone on 3
different PC's running XP & Vista. Tried a different tether app all together
and got the same result. So, the issue is with the phone itself. Anybody
figured out what settings in the phone/ROM have to be changed to get this
working?
