Not able to create the network #447

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
HTC, Tattoo
Which firmware is installed?
Android 1.6
What version of wireless tether are you using?
1.60_HTC
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Already rooted 
2."Press to start Tethering"
3.But no start, no network created, UPload speed & download screen comes and 
goes.no error.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No network is detected on laptop.U/L & D/L Screen comes and goes away, no 
network is created, no error comes it again shows "press to start Tethering"
Please provide any additional information below.
