What version of wireless tether are you using?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open Program
2."Not Root: sorry but your Kernel does not have all the necessary features for 
running this application"
3.Attempts to connect but immediately fails

Not sure if i downloaded the wrong package or what problem i'm having.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please provide any additional information below.
Fairly new with the Android operating system and its boundaries so help would 
be greatly appreciated

You need to "root" your phone. XDA has a wonderful tutorial on how to do this.
