How do Job Posts differ from regular Posts? Is this just a semantic difference you've added or are you planning to add Job Posting (Hiring) functionality here? If you are, then we won't be pursuing that for this Feature. That's a different Feature entirely.
Let's make sure to put Profiles/Connections before Likes in terms of order. Likes are fairly simple, so we should round out our Features with that. Profiles/Connections is a lot more complex and is worth tackling first.
I think you could add more details/bullets to some of your main Features. For example, you've listed "Users can create, edit, and remove their own posts/job posts" under your Posts Feature. Where are the posts visible from though? Is there a main feed? Does this include posts on someone's Profile or will that come into play later when integrating that Feature.
The Home/Newsfeed Feature is technically part of the Posts Feature (it is considered the READ functionality of this Feature), so let's nix that from Feature #8.
Search can fall into Future/Bonuses.
Make sure to add time estimates for each Feature. We have 2 weeks to work on this project, so I'd like to know how long you think each Feature is going to take you.
