More extensive testing of Oberon0 example #38

The Oberon0 example has only been lightly tested.  We should have a 
comprehensive test suite to 
make sure that more complex things like procedure calls, arrays, records are 
working.

We will do this at some stage, but we are clearing the issues of ones 
specifically related to examples, so that they can focus on functional 
enhancements and bugs.
