mosh/nmosh won't build under msvc10 #145

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open mosh.sln by Visual Studio 2010
2. convert project

it's MPIR ( http://www.mpir.org ) problem and we need msvc10 version of
solution file.

still we cannot offer MSVC10 project files in current method.

we will move CMake or premake or so..
