provide nmosh .ZIP distribution #146

nmosh won't support work under "c:¥Program Files¥" 

- WinVista/7 discourages self-modifying apps via UAC
- nmosh's cache will contain user's private information like username to locate 
debugee script.

Currently, nmosh won't installed via Win32 installer.
