Asynchronous I/O: io-dispatch-sync cannot handle multiple request #211

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch synchronous I/O via io-dispatch-sync from Async I/O event handler.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Latter request will be ignored.

by-design issue. Close and we need refactor this feature.
