FEWD Final Project

Description

For the final project, you'll be designing and building a website of your choice. This project will test your knowledge of front-end web development and ask you to apply everything you've learned in this course. The result will be a website that you can add to your portfolio. You could create: a portfolio website; a marketing website for a startup or business; or a prototype for a simple web-app. Work with your instructor and EIR's to create project goals that are realistic given the scope and timing of the class.

It has been a pleasure having you in class, and great work on your final project and presentation!

You've done a great job hitting the requirements, working through the features and look/feel to get what you wanted! I left the one mark off for the JS requirement, because it looks like you attempted the read more/read less, and I thought this was working for the presentation, but seems to not be in the code. Please let me know if I somehow got the wrong code!

Please see inline comments for additional info.

Also, please feel free to keep in touch. I always welcome hearing about what past students are up to, and happy to remain a contact regarding tech/web/programming questions that may come up for you! Like I mentioned before, it'd be great to play music sometime as well!

Hey Barry,

Thanks for the notes on this, and for taking the time to teach this class. Like I said, it was obvious that you cared about our progress, and were passionate about teaching. Let's jam soon!

barryross commented 6 years ago

Hey Sean, you're very welcome...my pleasure and I appreciate the kind words. That'd be great to play music soon...when is best for you? Weekends?

seankongery commented 6 years ago

Hey Barry, not sure if you saw the email I sent, so I'll comment here as well. Yes weekends are definitely best. Are you free this weekend, or next weekend?

barryross commented 6 years ago

Hey...I did get your email and thought I sent you a response back asking about this Sunday! Sorry for the confusion. With that being said though, I'm actually planning on getting out of town b/c of the fires and am going to go spend some time with family in Palm Springs. Can we please table the jam until I'm back in town?

seankongery commented 6 years ago

Hey Barry, no worries! Glad we sorted it out. Yes absolutely, let's table it till you get back. I hope all is well, and that you're safe. Are you close to the evacuation zones?

Hey, I'm going to try responding to your email again
