Inconsistent scroll appearance on overflow #7

Great job on the UI in general, it is very robust. Just a minor cosmetic issue with the scroll function:

When the Commandbox overflows, it scrolls within the black borders, but then the results panel below overflows, the view with the black borders expands within a scrollview. This is purely cosmetic, but still visually inconsistent.

This minor detail is not very noticeable and will likely not affect the user, so this was not a priority for us (ie. rectifying it is less important than the work that has been done already)
