Return Visit view should be all scrollable #12

the listview only takes up a small portion of the view (even less on smaller devices!)

make it all scrollable, like the Contacts Details view

might not be that bad, plus cant easily do that...

since removing the Bible Study checkbox, there is much more room to show the activity history. This likely isn't needed.
