Description

For conciseness, replace "comments", "upvotes", "view on Reddit", and share with icons.

NOTE: Ultimately decided to keep the text labels, and simply add icons.

I've added some icons - these may still be changed to other variants.

I've removed the text, but am not sure it works with just the icons. Will play with this further.

Currently the icons are completely unstyled.

After reconsideration, the text labels have been re-added to make everything clearer. Used the term "score" as described in #29.

I've adjusted the placement and size of the icons, and fixed the styling of the share <button>.
