Restrict homepage posts to those containing photos? #163

Description

Some posts just don't contain media e.g. this post, which links to another post with a video. This suggests posts should be restricted to those containing photos.

At the very least, the post needs to contain some image media, though it's unclear whether it's worth displaying e.g. thumbnails of videos.

This relates to #162 in the case where posts with "slides" need to be excluded.

It's unclear whether this is still necessary - prioritizing posts based on hotness (see #160) seems to be only letting through posts with images anyway.
