The link to "Nature Subreddits" in the DropdownMenu is currently dead (the page hasn't been implemented).
Requirements
The page would essentially be a variation of the existing home, search, and subreddit pages. It should have the following characteristics:
The page should be available at "natureddit/NatureSubreddits" or similar.
The page title should be "Nature Subreddits" or similar.
Filters should not be displayed.
The page should display a single Card for each nature subreddit from the curated list of subreddits. This should
Show a high rated image from the subreddit e.g. the image from the "top" post of the past year. Taking the top post from a shorter timeframe has the advantage of being more dynamic, but a longer timeframe should in theory provide a higher quality image - prioritizing the latter probably makes sense for this page (the homepage of the site is dedicated to dynamic content).
Show the subreddit name in place of the Card title.
Show the number of members the subreddit has.
Link to the subreddit's page within the app e.g. "natureddit/r/EarthPorn".
Worth implementing?
From the start of the project, I wasn't initially sure if it was worth implementing this. Things to consider:
Pros:
It will be a nice way to refamiliarize myself with the API setup and routing.
Cons:
It will require a bit of extra logic to produce appropriate variations of the Cards and Card components.
It will require a customized API call to retrieve the appropriate images and number of members.
