This should only be a maximum low severity as this is unlikely to happen often and it won't cause any inconvenience since the appointment added is in the past, and it will not affect any appointments in the future.

Reason for disagreement: Okay fair point. But if this error is not rectified on the spot, it might cause some issues when you're viewing a patient's appointment records (idk like charging a patient based on the number of past appointments, deducting from available medical claims etc) where this extra record can still cause some harm. As I'm unsure of what to actually grade it, I guess the tutor can decide between medium/low.
