Clear command does not check for conformation before clearing #3

Does not prompt the user to check if user really wants to delete all data as it can be disastrous when it happens

Our clear command is already purposely made difficult to execute (command is "IWANTTOCLEAREVERYTHING") to ensure that the user does not accidentally type the clear command and delete everything. This acts as the security confirmation check already.
