The intention of allowing patients to have the same email is the case where there may be parents and children who are patients. The children may not have emails and thus needs the parent's email. That is why we allow patients to have the same email.

Reason for disagreement: Same reason as the duplicate phone numbers.
Since the developers have confirmed that they allow duplicate phone numbers, revised severity should be medium regarding this fact because such typos are not uncommon and since the system does not actively check for it, it will cause extreme frustration for the user when pulling records regarding the duplicate emails in the near future as the user is unable to immediately identify the duplicate and correct it on the spot. The current features implemented are unable to actively support and check duplicate phone number and allow their edge case to occur at the same time.
This is especially so when users have to email patients regarding their appointment info/medical records. Accidentally sending Patient A's appointment info to Patient B is a serious mistake as it may contain sensitive information. Users will have to actively bear this in mind when using the app (which is unnecessary)
Just changed the name of the second person, but all fields remained the same, but it is still able to add.
2 people cant share the same email as well.
