Wrong error displayed while trying to add tag to invalid index #8

Error message could be more descriptive to inform users that the error in the command is caused by an invalid index, and not because of the command format.

This is an invalid bug report. The correct format of the command is tag -a 2 t/what, and not tag 2 -a t/what, that is why the user is getting this error message. If I key in tag -a 2 t/what where there is no index 2, the error message shown will instead be The patient index provided is invalid or The doctor index provided is invalid.
