The application mentions the "Pre-Event Meeting" but I have no idea what that is.

All final decorating plans must be agreed to and finalized at the Pre-Event Meeting.
I agree to comply with set up restrictions put forth in the layout arrangement. 
Layout changes must be in writing.
I understand that should I fail to comply with these layouts, my event may not be allowed to proceed.
All event detail must be finalized at the pre-event meeting, any changes must be submitted in written form for approval. 
(Changes are subjected to be vetoed)

Needs to be held 2months prior to the event. In a nutshell:

Pre-event meeting is 2months before the event The meeting is to finalize details like time frame, guest count, vendors, security, etc. They can do the meeting over zoom! They don't approve decor, but they will remind us of what isn't allowed (I put that in the first comment)

Put a reminder on kayla and I's calendar to call them
