heard back from Casa Cocktails and got a quote. It's $5k WITHOUT the alcohol or ingredients. It's kinda what I expected? Except it's more of a flat/hourly rate than a per head. So once I hear back from the other barkeep, we can compare notes and go from there.

talked to 312 over the phone about their quote. Some details:

• Anywhere where there is a "cash bar" listed as an option, they can do what's called a "ghost bar" or smth idk where they just charge it all to the same tab at the end of the night
• The cash bar option presented at option 1 is where we would select the drinks still
• in cash bar scenarios, the average price for a drink on the upper end is around $11/drink.
• • If we assume 175 people drink 9 drinks, that would be around $17k
• However, Christtina said events of a similar size rarely break $6k. However, YMMV according to how much people like to drink.
• The option 3 of a fully hosted bar is the most expensive because it assumes worst case scenario
• Option 2 is looking much, much more appealing. Having unlimited beer and wine and two mixed drinks a ghost tab thing on top of that for if people want shots sounds like a great deal for $3500
• They specialize in non-alcoholic drinks and can definitely whip up some options to serve

Met with 312 last week, and they are a vibe. They're going to give us another quote (since their most recent one made zero sense lol)
