[TODO] Update label data YAML file

This project is falling behind on its label data file that contains YAML info for GitHub labels. It is behind by over 100 labels, and needs to be updated at some point. It currently only supports 13 labels, while there are 142 total (as of 2021, August 26th)

I have fixed this today, it took nearly an entire hour, but I am done. I will work on keeping the issue label data file up to date.
