Removed all the wastes and inconsistent spacing in the CSS. Removed comments for copy & paste play. Be kind to people's inbox quotas and optimise where OK.

Per the readme:

DO NOT COPY OVER COMMENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS WITH THE CODE to your message or risk spam box banishment :).

I strongly recommend doing this using an HTML minifier that strips comments, newlines, and whitespace just before the email is sent.
