Generate PDF output #14

Being somewhat old-school and all, I'd strongly prefer a printed version for night-reading.

So, how about some generated PDF with layout somewhat similar to the original notes (looks fairly consistent, so I guess that could be automated) + possibly some margin notes for explaining the abbreviations.

I'd also wondered if it would be feasible to generate an EPUB version.
