Ubuntu default page loading on tor-roster.org #2

this doesn't work: http://tor-roster.org

But if I do:

$ host tor-roster.org tor-roster.org has address 188.166.216.68

So we get the IP# of 188.166.216.68.

Moreover: http://188.166.216.68 works
