Not calculating correctly for multiple quantities #7

When multiples of a single item is purchased, it only calculates shipping for a single item and not multiple. Basically, when one widget is purchased, shipping is calculated properly. The problem is when more than one widget is purchased, shipping is only calculated based on a single widget.
