Hello, This PR adds the ability to install Cockpit web UI into Seapath Debian. To do so, a new class SEAPATH_COCKPIT has been created which add the following packages:

cockpit (core package)
cockpit-machines (plugin for VM management)

Once Seapath is installed on the target Cockpit web UI can be access though IP address on 9090 port.
