Searchdaimon haven't done any testing on Hyper-v, but have head back for other users that it works, however it is currently not known what version of Hyper-v they used, or if they did any modifications.
We should make a Hyper-V preconfigured image or documents the process for a CD-ISO install.
Current situation
It may be possible to do a normal install from an CD-ISO image as described at http://www.searchdaimon.com/wiki/kickstart_installation .
Apparently Microsoft also has a tool for importing OVF, the format the ES is normally distributed in: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj158932.aspx , but I haven’t had the chance to try it for my self yet, so I can’t vouch for it.
