Upon review of Live Chat, there are missing data layer fields - Kicked back into "In Progress"

This will be addressed and adding this information here for when it's ready for testing.

Form Department Business Function. Form Category is Case Category.

When user selects to chat about existing case: Department & Category will be blank as only case number is available.

When user selects to chat about new case: Department will be populated with Business Function for all Functions, Category will be populated only when Department = Procurement.
