This event should fire whenever a form is visible on the page for a user to view.

The submit a request form can be accessed via this link

Seeing form_view event being pushed twice upon viewing the submit ticket form. It should only fire once.

This has been resolved. Can you retest @mandyjohnston03 @ACasallaJnJ

Confirming a single instance of form_view is now appearing in the DL, and a validation pass

Event passes in pre-dev, but race condition with Page Load Started is an intermittent issue.

This looks to be passing GTM Validation in UAT2, and Data Collection confirmed in GA4:

@mgarzonjnj This event is now functional in the 'SDI - Page Scroll and Form View fix' GTM workspace (still needs to be published)/GA4 property.

In GTM: I limited the tag to only fire based on the dataLayer for a Live Chat form view, because this is functioning as expected.

In GA4: There is a feature in the actual GA4 property that allows you to create events based on existing events (I can show you this during your training). Since the form view event for Submit a Request is essentially that page view. I created a Submit Request form_view based on that page_view. You can see that now in the property.
