Submit a ticket: We're not seeing an initial entry into the 'On behalf of' field push this event. Other fields work ok for people who are able to choose from the dropdowns in pre dev environment

@davisbradleyj @mandyjohnston03 Apologies, I'm not understanding the outstanding issue with this one. Can you clarify?

On Behalf of issue, we agreed we need to select a user and that was addressed. LiveChat we tested together and the issue of case details not being sent, I understood to be part of the Form Succeeded event. Is that issue also related to this event?
