Add api which provides suggestions usable from opensearch (firefox-like ) xml plugin

The open search plugins expects array of array json object: http://www.opensearch.org/Specifications/OpenSearch/Extensions/Suggestions/1.0#Query_URLs

Current suggestions are much more sophisticated. Is it possible to have also this json api?
