Use shorter "tech" in URL for technology filter #71

technology is quite long word for URL filtering. I would take tech for it.

Then URL would be index.html#q=jboss%20community&tech=richfaces&tech=seam&tech=storm grind instead of index.html#q=jboss%20community&technology=richfaces&technology=seam&technology=stormgrind

We might also consider supporting url filter aliases, like supporting technology, tech and t at the same time. Technically possible.
