After we have implemented https://github.com/searchisko/search.jboss.org-ui/commit/c5dc5354237ecb0bb5d2effc72d0b256c6be98aa we should improve handling of broken avatar images (see https://github.com/searchisko/search.jboss.org-ui/issues/62).
