Rename HighlighterInterface to AbstractEngine
Use proper types for CSS.paintWorklet, the paint worklet context, and CSS.highlights
Use .cjs instead of .json for .eslintrc
Upgrade dev dependencies, specify exact versions
Ignore pnpm-lock
