fix the table and the colors #4

a few thing suggested :

  1. Colors on the table need to be mapped with the points in the maps
  2. labels the stations on the map and keep the color code for the time series plot. I haven't had the time to do it yet.
  3. enlarge the font size and wrap the table cells
