Generate different mesh files for both SCHISM and Telemac #10

Telemac requires to remove the elements that have a node on the north pole. To simplify usage, we should generate two different mesh files, one for each solver.

Done for v0.0, v0.1 and v0.2. I'm in the process of doing this too for v1.2 and v2.1

v1.2 is done, but v2.2 is still missing.
