`gshhg_{resolution}_nosea.parquet` #3

There is no reference to this "nosea" coastlines file. Should we add it in https://github.com/seareport/coastlines ?

This a trick I used to "close" the red and the arabic sea, so the mesher wouldn't generate elements inside. image

I did this for all resolutions and added the suffix _nosea to the generated parquet files.

The minimum required is to add these files on Meluxina. I think this fix is a bit too "dirty" to be added to https://github.com/seareport/coastlines let me know what you think
