Add dialog to delete or rename single preferences from one dialog #66

When opening a load/save-dialog, open on long click a single context menu which contains a dialog with an EditText with the option to Delete or Rename. Think of proper design. Use same dialog to rename elements in Favorites, only with a Next/Close button
