Implements submission system for official.contest.yandex.com (mostly used for opencup). Note that official.contest.yandex.ru doesn't work. And contest.yandex.com/ru has entirely different login system.

Why does .ru won't work ? just curious, I have never used the platform. But I would like to know what takes to add support for that one, would it be treated like a different OnlineJudge ?

Because I am using .com for login. Logging into the .com domain doesn't log you in into the .ru domain. But after logging in, they have the same content.
