Recently, I've been putting work into testdouble.js

The API is very similar to gimme's, which makes me want to push to make it officially the same.

[ ] Review the API and compare to see what could be made more consistent
[ ] make the API more consistent
[ ] add any missing features that are feasible from td.js
[ ] Rename project gem to testdouble

Thoughts?
