Add a method to quickly retrieve articles with a certain number of revisions #124

There is no way to quickly find articles with, say, less than 50 or 50 to 100 
revisions. This information is not explicitely stored in any of the database 
tables, but it can be created using the RevisionCounter field in the 
index_articleID_rc_ts table.
We should create a method which adds another field (NumberRevisions) to this 
table.
